Consider Digital ID in this context. They want you to use DID to access any and every website. Surely you aren't going to log in each time so you stay logged in and your "digital" ID is, effectively, your phone hardware. Basically, you may as well be carrying around an envelope with your SIN#, birth certificate, and deeds to any property you own.

Currently, there is little incentive for niggers to steal phones because they're hard to move and easily traced. Except for techofags like this guy who link their financial or ID info; they put a target on all of our backs.
