Your body will do that on its own, given adequate nutrition.
1. Magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, copper, selenium. More or less in that order. Most people are severely deficient in those minerals. (Blood tests don’t tell you anything)
2. Low/zero carb, high animal fat to support bile flow. Without adequate bile, you’re not going to be able to eliminate any toxins.
3. Glutathione, N-acetyl cystein, and cruciferous ovegetables (or a sulphurophane supplement). This is to promote your Phase II detox pathways. Your liver will try to water-solublize toxins this way.
4. Binders (you can research these; there’s many types) to allow the toxins to bind and be excreted in bowel.
