I haven't a seen a cop WITHOUT a full sleeve of tatts in a very long time. They wouldn't even allow you to apply looking like that 20 years ago, much less get accepted into the academy. Same for the military. Now, if an inmate stole a cops' uniform, would you honestly be able to tell the difference?

It's absolutely unprofessional, but they almost all look like that now. Sad.

Probably because they are and they joined the most powerful gang--the government
