That's called 'legal paternal surrender' I have seen very few political organisations calling for it. MRAs don't really bring it up, I have heard of one very progressive organisation adding it to their manifesto in Sweden. Not a very popular platform.
Basically: the father irrecoverably gives up ALL rights and obligations towards the child and mother.

Not terminate. Just walk away, no questions asked. Similarly how women can just leave a newborn in an incubator at a police station or hospital.
