Stupid or not, has their retardation severely impaired their fiendish tricks? There is no pressure that requires for them to adapt to be smart. In a way, through natural selection, their retardation still stands because of a lack of pressure to change.

Yes, it's how pograms and expulsions keep happening. It's a pattern that keeps repeating, they find profitable scams that let them accumulate wealth and power while performing secret satanic rituals, chutzpah, disdain for goyim, and insatiable greed causes them to reach for more, they overextend, people get angry, jews get killed, survivors scatter like roaches and find a new place to scam at. Eventually, people forget why, then foreign merchants offer convenient loans to members of the ruling class who need funds for something and the cycle begins again.
