Its good to know this stuff, but the reality is that its not possible to perform a 3 point assesment in the heat of the moment. And that whatever happens in those 5 seconds will be picked apart in excruciating detail by people who may or may not be reasonable or acting in good faith. The US law system is in such a state that you can't really defend yourself without a large risk from the state itself. You either do the right and manly thing and let the cards fall where they may, or you be a nice docile sheep and do nothing except whine to the state to help you, which they may or may not do.

This is why I tell people to ANAC, and NRAB before anything else to avoid 99% of these situations. If that fails carry spray, and don’t be afraid to use it early and often. I’d rather use spray WAY to early, then use a gun too early, or late according to some kike judge, and/or some low IQ jury of my “peers”.
