The fact you can be arrested for defending yourself puts me into a murderous rage. If I ever have to defend myself against a feral nigger, I already know I will have to defend myself against some feral pig, too.

Its good to know this stuff, but the reality is that its not possible to perform a 3 point assesment in the heat of the moment. And that whatever happens in those 5 seconds will be picked apart in excruciating detail by people who may or may not be reasonable or acting in good faith. The US law system is in such a state that you can't really defend yourself without a large risk from the state itself.
