I've seen these people immigrate from the beginning and my opinion is: they are retarded. I've lived around Vietnamese, Indians, and even Afghanis and, even when they can't speak the language, it's possible to tell that they are actually thinking and learning.
Not East Africans. They're only capable of learning maybe 100 words of English but even then you can tell there's nothing going on upstairs. They are totally incapable of problem solving to the point where 99% work Uber jobs because learning skills to qualify for something better in incomprehensible.
They would all die without massive government aid (just like in their own countries) and I don't believe for a second that they put *themselves* on planes to get here.
