Yes, Shechem raped Dinah. But Shechem could easily have kidnapped Dinah or forgotten about her altogether, but he wanted to make things right. He let his lust get the better of him, but he at least had the honor to make things right by marrying her. Shechem accepted all the terms that the jews presented and Shechem followed through honorably ... and for that, the "brood of vipers," as Jesus Christ knows them, betrayed and murdered everyone in the city for their petty revenge.
This story actually has little to do with lust. The moral of the story is to NEVER trust the jews, especially when they set the terms.
That guy was said to be the best of them, Canaanites or whatever, so what must the rest be like LOL!
The word jew isn't even even supposed to be in Scripture, it's Judahite in the OT and Judaean, which is geographical, in the NT.
"Those in Israel who are not of Israel" the leaders of Judea ~130 years before Christ's time allowed Edomites into Judea, these are the vipers that Christ rejected, not true descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Nons were never God's people, they were never an option when He chose Abraham from the other Adamic nations.
