Not sure about UTIs but I have had chicks tell me that guys who aren't circumcised don't clean properly down there more often than guys who were. Which could boil down to habits while young. Dads should make sure to teach their sons to thoroughly clean down there regardless, but more so if they aren't circumcised.

Everything usually comes down to parents being lazy POS. If the parents aren’t nasty lazy degenerates, the kid usually won’t be either, especially at young ages. It absolutely disgust me now many young children I see never wash their hands. This is a TRAINING issue, and starts at home with the parents.
