"higher rate of UTIs" is in the same vein as saying men who don't masturbate have a "higher rate of prostate cancer." it's jewish manipulation so they can profit off of you and/or sell you poison and/or hurt you in general, created via irreproducible bought-and-paid-for studies, "expert opinions" or just plain pilpul. using the same argumentative methodology jews use, you could argue not having a foreskin opens you up to getting skin diseases because your penis is no longer protected. the difference between us and jews is that jews love arguing about baby penises, so they are usually heard the most.
the foreskins the hospitals keep sell for something like $500. it also fulfills their satanic need to mutilate and traumatize babies. it is a deep regret for jews that they haven't convinced America that having a rabbi there to suck on it is also a "Christian tradition."
