He's a flat earther? Pretty sure I saw this theory before but uh some guy on YouTube, son of a director, forget his name, but basically claimed modern Europeans are the descendants of various tribes of Israel.

Yeah that is definitely a (religiously-motivated) theory. People took the traditional idea that Christians (Europeans) are the new Israel, with whom God has made a New Covenant through Christ, and confused it into the historically ignorant idea that Europeans are descended from the Israelites. It's basically like saying modern Turks are descended from the Trojans, or Bulgarians are descended from the Ostrogoths. Anyone that's had a passing interest in ancient history can immediately recognize the problem with these kind of ideas.
