This doesn't line up with the fact non-Jews love these technologies and made plenty of these themselves. Most of these people aren't careful at all to ensure their technologies had no bad implications. But even if they were financial incentives would eventually turn something innocent into something exploitative. I can't really see any reason to take your position seriously.
