I am not Romanian, but yes, gypsies are Eastern Europe's niggers, though they are a type of pajeet - the lowest kind of them. Good thing is that a lot of gypsies have been exported from EE to the UK, after the UK kept whinging and lecturing Eastern Europeans how racist they are.
Though i'd still see it as much better than being flooded with actual niggers and arabs (niggers of the dune)
