It's like Canadians taking great pride that they're more friendly than the US. No, the reason why Canada exists is because they are more than happy to commit war crimes to protect their land and people. The US tried invading -- TWICE -- and got repelled.

THAT'S why Canada exists.

There is similar reason for England too. The vikings tried a-viking them into nothingness, and instead they learned how to repel them with force. Eventually the vikings had to give up because the cost exceeded the reward. So no matter how "cool" the vikings were, they couldn't loot England anymore, because the English were more bad-ass than they were.

Canadians being friendly is more a matter of at least half of Canadians being completely anti-social psychopaths so everyone is super polite so as not to set them off.
