The NAP is the foundation of victimhood culture. If the rule was "might makes right" then nobody would give a damn about jews whining about the holocaust.
But NAP never had an application. It's the "non-aggression principle", but what it is actually is a principle of moral reciprocity. You aggress against me, I aggress against you - therefore avoid doing it. This isn't about the interactions between normal people, but about the relationship of person to government. But alas we work and get looted by our governments.
