The NAP is really just a theory that has never been applied. As long as there are taxes we are forced to pay with the threat of violence, NAP is not possible. However to a lesser degree it always existed (self-defence against unlawful actors).
As long as my taxes are *somehow* funneled to support and protect faggots, niggers, kikes and corruption, it means I am continually aggressed against. There is a limit and a purpose which one could live with - it could be called a necessity, an exception to the rule.
But according to NAP, I'd be in my right to kill a lot of people, however it would give them reason to kill me.
What you might mean is the "live and let live" mantra, where we're supposed to let utter degenerates and thus pedophiles "live" because... uh... it's more convenient to ignore them? It's more convenient to avoid conflicts? Apathy is great? It doesn't have a moral ground, yet it pretends to have one.
NAP is rooted in libertarian ideas btw. Tabula Rasa however is rooted in the idea of egalitarianism, which leads to all sorts of leftist ideologies.
The NAP is the foundation of victimhood culture. If the rule was "might makes right" then nobody would give a damn about jews whining about the holocaust.
But NAP never had an application. It's the "non-aggression principle", but what it is actually is a principle of moral reciprocity. You aggress against me, I aggress against you - therefore avoid doing it. This isn't about the interactions between normal people, but about the relationship of person to government. But alas we work and get looted by our governments.
The principle we have is "let degenerates do whatever the fuck they want, or the government kills you." Add to that jews, niggers and subhumans.
