Well, it's not well expressed, but the sentiment is right. Women are the property of a given society, via their parents, who are then handed to men through marriage. It is our obligation to handle our women and not have them talk shit to foreigners as to incite conflicts. To do that is our prerogative, because it is *us* who have to kill and be killed in conflicts.
Even if women don't realize it, they are *some* man's property/responsibility. And if there is a woman who goes full whore-mode making the life of multiple men worse, it all leads back to her father. Or it leads back to her mother (if single), which leads back to her father. Or it leads back to *society* at large, which is a vague concept, but however you want to see it, society is lead and maintained by men.
If men opt out, that society falls apart, fractures, gets taken over by foreign forces, radicalization occurs, etc. If women opt out, nothing happens. Like what, do you think their work is actually valuable? Road maintenance, electricity grid, internet, water, heating, wars - these are all done and maintained by men.
The problem is, women can't fight, and when they initiate conflict or do things that deserve death, what are you going to do? In theory you should beat or kill her husband or father for her actions. This is one reason how feuds started. Which means women need to be properly controlled, or rather: They should have the self-control as to be aware that they have freedoms but should not abuse them to drag men into conflicts.

He's confusing the idea of headship with property. Man is to be the head of his family as Christ is to the church. Woman is a helper and a part of the body of the house. We have different, complimentary roles.

Yeah. I didn't want to reject the idea of "property" outright, because it vaguely fits. It's not properly defined when it comes to humans, because normally property just sits there and does nothing.
But we have the concept of property with pets. If your dog bites someone, it is *you* who is responsible for it. So there is a concept with property linked to responsibility and accountability.
