So my slave country just voted a draconic anti free speech law that modifies the older less draconic law. In the older law you got a fine OR prison time for ANTISEMITISM, xenophobia, racism hatespeech and other bullshit. New law eliminates the possibility of fines. You go straight to jail.

He also ripped the pictures of our most revered romanian authors, Eminescu and others, in front of the paliament, live, because they held "antisemitic views" 200 years ago or whatever. Just before they voted on the law.

Obligatory i hate my fellow countrymen aside and after giving you some context, please suggest me ways i could at least be safer. I am aware nothing is 100% safe, just trying to do my best and hope for the best. I use conpro on mobile and pc but mostly mobile. I can give up on pc.
Would a browser with vpn be enough? Tor? Are conpro servers outside of EU? What can i do on my part to be safer?
My main concern is that the ISP can track the sites i visit and my isp has all my personal data.
So i am thinking that what i need most is a vpn that is not based in EU so it wont have to comply with requests to share my visited sites.
