Of course they are, I know that- but my poInt is that all that needs to happen is a ballsy white man to bring a case against a Jew and it might open some eyes in a courtroom

We can at least take comfort that we live in the information era (for now) where the case (thrown out or not) will be amplified through social media.

But I'm with you somehow there will be a carve out for jews in this.
