Hmm... I suppose if you believe the Israeli source here, it may be a DOCTORED photo.

But it isn't a 100% AI generated photo even if you give it the benefit of the doubt. I have yet to see this guy show us his wound so it wouldn't shock me if the Israeli source photo is the AI doctored one and the one I posted is real.
