Lift heavy, do cardio, swim, punch a bag for 10 minutes. Do it for whatever reason is most important to you. If it is to get strong that's good, if it's to look better that's just as valid. I've been on a massive cut lately and focusing more on cardio (2 mile run every day, intense jump roping every day, and swimming every day, eith strength training for about an hour, every day) because I was powerlifting heavy and could lift 3 plates for repetitions, but it wasn't worth it to me because I hated how I looked every day and didn't feel healthy. Also the bulky look does not match my face... at all, i realized that its actually quite disorienting. Thanks to slavic and scandinavian genes on my fathers side, i have a lot of "feminine" and pretty facial features (which every man in my paternal line also has) and the fact that i was huge didnt look right at all, a massive frame with a face that has delicate features is uncanny. To me at least. I've lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months.
Caveat: if you're a beginner, do not work out as much as I do. Do not drop weight as fast as i have (unless youre truly a fat fuck that'll drop a lb per 10 mins on a treadmill). I have been exercising for the past 10 years. I know how to do this and my body can support it. Start slowly and build yourself up. I had to build up my cardio again myself.
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
