Being every business, their seems to be a happy merchant rubbings its hands. I recently gave up caffeine and have went down the rabbit hole on this powerful drug that we take daily.

Just like a certain tribe owning the slave ships, dating sites, and universities, I was wondering if anyone had gravy about them pulling tricks in the caffeine field. It's not exactly easy to get information from A.I.

If you do caffeine daily, you probably will scoff, but I have a theory that it is worse than cigarettes to ingest daily. There is some good information to support that but hard to find.

I love black coffee. I drink between half, and an entire pot a day most days. All my health markers are great, and if I don’t get it some days, I don’t feel a withdrawal ps or anything. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I know a guy who does that, pots of coffee per day and seems quite healthy. I think you guys are exceptions. You must have awesome livers and glands.

I don’t know man. Hopefully it doesn’t cause problems down the line. I’m middle aged now and have been this type of consumer for about ten years now. I also find it helps me stay regular in the digestion department. I do drink a bunch of water too, and have a very healthy diet. I’m sure that all helps too.

I definitely know about the regular thing. People argue that I've been seeing in dozen videos that it's regular because your food is not fully digested and it's screwing up your rhythm. Take that with a grain of salt, of course I'm just in that mode of research right now. But everyone has their own little spins on things.

In the end, I think a good bit of it comes down to the individual. It’s unfortunate, but we’re lied to so much about everything now, that it’s hard to trust any information other than you’re FHE now.

I drink a pot a day maybe more and also don't get the negative effects. It just helps me focus. I don't think its genetics.

Most coffee drinkers get problems because:

1. They use coffee as a medium for sugar and hyperprocessed "milk" from plants. Or worse, those "nondairy creamers" which have soybean oil and corn syrup listed as ingredients #1 and #2.

2. They disrupt their stomach biome by unknowingly adding antibiotics and random resistant bacterium from their mass-produced coffeemaker. This is caused by people using hard water, and I'd guess 95%+ of coffee drinkers just use tap water without considering the long term effects of limescale in their appliances.

Those cant really be blamed on the Jew directly, they can be blamed on other substances pushed by Jews and by our drinking water that'd been contaminated by Jews. But that doesn't mean the coffee is bad! Except for...

3. The coffee is contaminated. Companies do not need to disclose ingredients below a certain ratio to serving size and so there are potentially substances in nearly all our products! There are pesticides on most foods in trace amounts that companies legally don't have to disclose. There was a study that I'm too lazy to link on this, basically when someone is exposed to cockroaches for a long enough time they'll develop an allergy for them and have allergic reactions to cockroaches. This is why living among cockroaches makes you sick. Well, the study found that people who regularly drink PRE-GROUND COFFEE had developed this allergy despite having no known contact with cockroaches.

Conclusion: Filter your water and grind your coffee. Brew it properly with 200 degree water in a clean vessel. Do this and the coffee won't need sugar and cream unless you have a distaste for the roast, in that case try different roasts. Lighter roasts are more acidic and sweet while dark roasts are less acidic and have more "bite". If you would normally like milk to counter the acidity, try a darker roast. If you would usually like sugar to counter the bitterness, try a lighter roast. Good coffee is good without the need for those augmentations. It provides improved focus, reduced appetite and some cardiovascular health benefits.

While I would agree with you, and I might be a special case, I actually do pretty much all the things you just said but only for one cup a day to two cups a day. Before I quit, I would filter it after crushing my own beans that were organic and low acid. I would spend a good deal now on the quality of the bean. I actually only drink raw milk, and don't like to put sugar in it either. So these were not my concern in my case. Although I do agree with most of what you say.
