Being every business, their seems to be a happy merchant rubbings its hands. I recently gave up caffeine and have went down the rabbit hole on this powerful drug that we take daily.

Just like a certain tribe owning the slave ships, dating sites, and universities, I was wondering if anyone had gravy about them pulling tricks in the caffeine field. It's not exactly easy to get information from A.I.

If you do caffeine daily, you probably will scoff, but I have a theory that it is worse than cigarettes to ingest daily. There is some good information to support that but hard to find.

They are responsible for the tea trade and coffee trade and alcohol trade as well. They are literally responsible for 18th and 19th amendments to solidify their absolute control over alcohol using women as the sacrificial scapegoat for pouring crap tons of alcohol down the publics throats. They cause the problem, they have their desired remedy waiting

also the sugar trade (which unironically was the sole reason of importing nigger slaves to the caribbean & the States to grow said sugar plantations and turn them into booze)

sugar, caffiene, tabac... they're all indulgent vices and the jews biggest forte is making people addicted to substances (often at gunpoint, see the ching chongs with the opium war) and then cashing in on said addiction

the prohibition made the jews VERY rich, as them serving alcohol under the counter in bars and brothels (Trump's grandfather ran one of those) big money for the rootless merchants...

What's crazy is how people in their 20's can consume multiple energy drinks with hundreds of mg of caffeine and God knows what else and still feel tired.

This is me. Peak was 1.2g a day. Wake up and crush 2x 300mg, 50% chance I'd get an immediate nosebleed but I simply couldn't function otherwise. I'd sip the third over the next few hours.

Withdrawal (dead serious) lasted 2 weeks. No tricks, just cold turkey during some time off work, as you will be entirely useless for the first week.

I know there have been studies showing beneficial effects from several of the compounds in coffee, but when I was in the habit of drinking it every morning, I was also tired all the time, except when I was consuming coffee. YMMV, but I'm definitely better off without that habit.

Occasional coffee doesn't seem to have a negative effect like that, nor does regularly drinking tea. Just the same, I'm working towards shifting to decaf tea.

There's a reason for this, and it's not so much the coffee as when you drink it. Aside from the general stimulation, caffeine also blocks the uptake of certain sleep hormones. So if you're drinking it first thing every morning, you feel more awake, but the residual hormones stay in your bloodstream until the caffeine wears off. Then you feel tired again until it's cleared out. The solution is to wait until you've had some sunlight, or just have it late morning or with lunch. That way you don't have the hormones hanging around until long after they should be gone.

I love black coffee. I drink between half, and an entire pot a day most days. All my health markers are great, and if I don’t get it some days, I don’t feel a withdrawal ps or anything. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I don’t know man. Hopefully it doesn’t cause problems down the line. I’m middle aged now and have been this type of consumer for about ten years now. I also find it helps me stay regular in the digestion department. I do drink a bunch of water too, and have a very healthy diet. I’m sure that all helps too.

I definitely know about the regular thing. People argue that I've been seeing in dozen videos that it's regular because your food is not fully digested and it's screwing up your rhythm. Take that with a grain of salt, of course I'm just in that mode of research right now. But everyone has their own little spins on things.

I drink a pot a day maybe more and also don't get the negative effects. It just helps me focus. I don't think its genetics.

Most coffee drinkers get problems because:

1. They use coffee as a medium for sugar and hyperprocessed "milk" from plants. Or worse, those "nondairy creamers" which have soybean oil and corn syrup listed as ingredients #1 and #2.

2. They disrupt their stomach biome by unknowingly adding antibiotics and random resistant bacterium from their mass-produced coffeemaker. This is caused by people using hard water, and I'd guess 95%+ of coffee drinkers just use tap water without considering the long term effects of limescale in their appliances.

Those cant really be blamed on the Jew directly, they can be blamed on other substances pushed by Jews and by our drinking water that'd been contaminated by Jews. But that doesn't mean the coffee is bad! Except for...

3. The coffee is contaminated. Companies do not need to disclose ingredients below a certain ratio to serving size and so there are potentially substances in nearly all our products! There are pesticides on most foods in trace amounts that companies legally don't have to disclose. There was a study that I'm too lazy to link on this, basically when someone is exposed to cockroaches for a long enough time they'll develop an allergy for them and have allergic reactions to cockroaches. This is why living among cockroaches makes you sick. Well, the study found that people who regularly drink PRE-GROUND COFFEE had developed this allergy despite having no known contact with cockroaches.

Conclusion: Filter your water and grind your coffee. Brew it properly with 200 degree water in a clean vessel. Do this and the coffee won't need sugar and cream unless you have a distaste for the roast, in that case try different roasts. Lighter roasts are more acidic and sweet while dark roasts are less acidic and have more "bite". If you would normally like milk to counter the acidity, try a darker roast. If you would usually like sugar to counter the bitterness, try a lighter roast. Good coffee is good without the need for those augmentations. It provides improved focus, reduced appetite and some cardiovascular health benefits.

While I would agree with you, and I might be a special case, I actually do pretty much all the things you just said but only for one cup a day to two cups a day. Before I quit, I would filter it after crushing my own beans that were organic and low acid. I would spend a good deal now on the quality of the bean. I actually only drink raw milk, and don't like to put sugar in it either. So these were not my concern in my case. Although I do agree with most of what you say.

Straight black coffee is kosher.

Chabad does warn jews about visiting non-jewish coffee houses. And there are no Starbucks in Israel despite being found by a jew. jews also dominate the coffee trade.

I tell my wife my theory in kosher. We get a lot of Jew products from the grocery store. All the Jewish candy, juice, pickles etc. they have way better ingredients. I always tell my wife, they won't poison their own. They leave that for the goyim, just as a drug seller doesn't consume their own product.

> they wont poison their own

So very wrong here. This philosophy is dangerous for your family. Just because something is labeled kosher doesn't make it safe. Nestle candy bars have a kosher label!

You gotta look at the actual ingredients and do research to make an educated decision every time you consider a new grocery product. Only other option is the farmer's market.

There's kind of a woman argument here. Of course there are cases of juice poisoning their own. However I certainly look at the ingredients to assess and make sure they are natural. I don't go by kosher, because some of the worst garbage on earth like iodized salt is also kosher. But as a rule of thumb, if you go to the Israeli section of the grocery store, it's actually pretty decent quality food.
CulturalSeasoning on scored.co

I frankly disagree. Its not healthier in any way and it is ironically a worse deal. Most of the section is snacks and their culture meals, shit food they make bc of history, that people only eat to worship themselves as chosen people. You're supporting them more by buying it and you're just assuming when you say its healthier.

No Starbucks in Israel because Starbucks is a scheme to destroy small business. Their entire business model is investing into flooding an area with many locations until competition closes down, then they downsize the region until its profitable.

I don't have anything direct to add except that I've cut down a ton due to issues I developed from over consumption. When I was in the corporate grind working 60-70 hour weeks, I was drinking upwards of 100 ounces of black coffee a day. It seemed to catch up with me years later.

Started having pretty bad gut issues and jitteriness when I'd have coffee. I've cut down to strictly Swiss water process decaf coffee (which is 2-5 mg a cup), but I want to kick it entirely.

Same happened to me. It cought up with me at 39. I did everything for my gut issues. The last was quiting coffee and my system felt normal again. Of course, I got back on it and experienced the same garbage. I'm going for the long haul this time. Maybe eventually I can stomach a coffee a week or month.

I don't know this swiss water process, but I'm intrigued. I worry about chemicals in decaf coffee. I'm assuming this process is cleaner? I do love the taste of a smooth coffee despite what anti coffee people claim.

Yeah, Swiss water process is a chemical free way to decaffeinate coffee. I used it initially to cut back slowly on caffeine as I had horrible withdrawal symptoms trying to go cold turkey.

I've kept drinking it as I love the taste and ritual of making coffee first thing in the morning. I still get a little gut irritation if I drink a lot on an empty stomach but it's nowhere near as bad as I experienced with regular coffee.

I personally have a natural resistance to caffeine (not from overuse. I just get no effect from it naturally, ive been able to drink coffee or even energy drinks and fall asleep since i was a child that never had those things before). I drink black coffee for the flavor fairly often though, and I have drank probably about 6-10 cups of loose leaf and strong tea (varying) per day for the past several years (love tea)

I haven't had any problems. I actually feel more clear minded when I drink my tea, though that's little to do with the caffeine obviously. Health markers are all fine.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

I havent really thought of this much, I consume less caffeine than others probably and have satisfactory energy

I think it's fine in moderation like alcohol but "moderation" levels are pretty small, like aren't daily alcohol limits like a glass of wine or half a glass? Similarly both people who consume alcohol and caffeine, regularly go over the limits, I think

I heard ER visits for caffeine overdoses are up for kids and caffeine limits for kids are recommended at like a coffee a day (!).

So for any "plot" here, I'd guess: profiting from selling caffeine, promoting overindulgence to weaken people, getting people addicted to or in a habit of overconsooming caffeine, things like this

Caffeine can mess with your sleep if taken near bed

I wonder if other stimulants like coca (which is made in to cocaine) would just be used instead if legal and if caffeine is kind of a useless stimulant in comparison to some other "controlled" substances

I'm not sure about the alcohol in moderation either. I know a lot of cultures will have a beer every night with their meal, and I guess it might be good if the quality of ingredients are good. I'm thinking of the German beer purity law. But I'm also starting to hear that even modern consumption of alcohol is not beneficial but some of the sources of that come from people who have motives that are more spiritual nature

It's early morning. Cold, frosty. Just French Pressed some dark coffee. Sipping a fresh hot mug as i read this, also listening to morning episode of Maneco64 on how the Fed just implemented permanent QE causing gold and silver prices to run yet again (a monthly thing in this new era).

Coffee is a stimulant. So it helps me go from sleeping, at which i am at resting state, to jump starting me in the morning. As with most things, it probably is harmful when over consumed but useful in moderation or selectively utilized. I think excessive coffee could increase stomach acid, it could cause heart problems if it makes your heart beat too fast or you get fidgety or over-stimulated.

One way to avoid this is to not add sugars or additives to your coffee.

Or on a job site if i have coffee then i also still have my water canteen by and between some hot sips of coffee i will take a fresh cold sip of ice water.

I also like hot cocoa but i don't make it myself. I haven't sourced raw organic cacao beans but i'm guessing there are plentiful sources online via shipping.

In the Caribbean they made lots of Rum.

Almost anything can become a VICE. Alcohol (depressant), Coffee (stimulant)

Stimulates and Depressants speed or slow down your heart rate or thought cycle. It's probably best to run at normal, self-regulated temperature. Taking stimulants is like throwing a turbo on your engine. It's great but are all the other parts of the engine going to be able to keep up? Depressant you're kind of slowing yourself down if you've been in a fast paced rat race all day. Guys who have been rat racing in hours of rush hour traffic and busting ass in fast pace factory or service industry come home and want a magic bottle that slows life down at a comfortable speed again.

The jew is a notorious peddler of poison and also the exact kind of spirit that wants to exploit any VICE you may have. This is why it is self sabotage to even allow jews to be in your nation, or allow them to even live in a place they can harm you from afar.

Sobriety is a wonderful thing but if you've spent a long time in your life addicted to these VICES then you are going to experience withdrawals going sober again. A little demon itch in your brain is going to tell you that you NEED another drink or another smoke or another stimulant whether it be coffee or cocaine or meth. But really the most amazing times in my life, the times i felt like GOD was there with me were probably just times that i was SOBER and just feeling gratitude or marveling at God's creation seeing something magnificient like a double rainbow or the view from a mountain I hiked or birds singing by a bend in the river in the forest where it feels like I'm one with nature. And these times I experience great love for life and I was not on drugs. No alcohol or coffee was required.

Also remember mind over matter. If you are well grounded then your body is a White Supremacist Machine that is capable of excreting and ridding itself of poisons. You're built to survive your environment.

I also encourage you to not be in the industry that profits from vice. For example you should not be a bartender who tends alcohol to alcoholics who really shouldn't be drinking it. Do not exploit people's vices. This is doing harm to your own people.

Caffeine is a legal drug which the Jews profit greatly

Just like cacao and other addictive substances grown by brown slaves in shitholes and sold for a huge profit and then resold again when prepared by a homosexual barista to some unsuspecting woman for 6€ a cup despite the fact the beans cost to produce said cup costed like 9¢

Its either you are addicted to the sugar and fat which they add to it

Or the stimulating substance IN the cacao which is theobromine (compared to Caffeine its really mild and not at all addictive)

Hard to say, but i do know that ancient Aztecs drank cacao like we drink coffee, bitterly and without any additives

In fact it was almost like a ritual drink similar to how the Japanese drink Matcha
