They must not put any brown skins in prison. if they did, that place would be trashed. In America, our prisons use steel and concrete block exclusively to minimize damage and repair work.

It's a lot less rage inducing if you rape someone and only get 2 years, some might say it was worth it. Especially if it's only one of many rapes you committed and were not caught for.
