A customer of mine said his sister visited from Italy and she said everyone in America was shakey, edgy, looked like they were on drugs or poisoned or something.
You wouldn't notice it if you were immersed in it every day.
But if you travel from somewhere else and see everyone behaving weird, then something is going on.
