I think his family is kiked, and that he is an autistic shutin. I dont think he was exposed to the "family business" and was left to his own devices. Once he became influential with X, they reeled him in.

I can't imagine it was even that late. I feel like as far back as his PayPal days, he was being watched from a distance. You don't make it that far without at least jewish eyes on you.
