Load them up on containers in cargo planes and dump them in Africa.
If we just bomb their main roads it will take them decades to recover so they will have to accept them. If we do it in the rainy season they can't even start repairs for months because Western Africa becomes a literal mud pit that you can't drive heavy machinery in.
