Fax, but you know you're strawmanning the argument. Go to your nearest Walmart and tell me any one of the high BMI dudes you see (that isn't reading labels in the protein powder aisle) could deadlift 160 lbs. According to BMI I'm morbidly obese, even though my body fat % is < 20%. It's usually closer to 10, but it's bulking season.

You're throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Our society is deeply unhealthy and you know it. You may say ignorance is inexcusable, and it might be, but the system is designed to keep people ignorant. It's our job to wake them up. Or don't: but then don't pretend that you care.
