A speculation on how this came about: Jews being God's Chosen (originally), actually have some superior gifts. But, this is not enough for the proud among them, hence they like Satan, want more, and exclaim, "I will ascend above the height of the clouds, I will be like the most High..." (Isaias 14:14). Hence you get some breakaway Jews becoming literal Satanists and producing this (the obedient Jews at the time of Christ became Christians).

It's part of a Turkish "artifact scam." These are almost certainly not legitimate.
