beaten to near death perhaps, but life sentence? a bit excessive

degeneracy can be beaten or re-educated out of a person (unless he's a nigger or a jew) and the only reason the bloke got a 100 years was because he was a White male, if he was a nigger or a jew he'd get a slap on the wrist or a fine
