i'm pretty sure they got the wrong guy, the nose is entirely different though the ear to eye ratio is the same
the fact that they went so far to cancel this guy's visa shows they don't really think of him as a jew (because if he was a jew they wouldn't harass to that point, or would they? James Fields was a mishling and that didn't prevent them from giving him a sentence longer than the existence of the jewnited states for simply driving away from a violent antifa mob...)
