i've never been there so i can't judge for myself, but if normies are to believed i'd assume all the niggers and shitskin behavior is relegated to outside of the capital
similar to Turkey where you go to the touristy areas its nice and clean, but when you go off the beaten path you'd encounter slums and various other shitskins doing shitskin things (like street defecation) though i'm pretty sure they were gypsies but that's the point
in the west its the opposite, they keep all the shitskins and subhumans ON THE CAPITAL so if you go to touristy areas you're going to see exactly the sort of degeneracy i've just described
