Honestly don't get the good faith explanation for why we need to see this exact sentiment posted ten thousand times a day by the exact same people.

If you think the political system is completely unsalvageable, then spending every waking moment complaining about Trump is - by your own admission - completely useless. Spend that time at the gym, at the range, or learning to garden.
