No, OP should tell the professor that he's a Jew. He's showing the cover of an antisemitic book to highlight the evil of antisemitism in the middle-ages, to start a conversation on how antisemitic Christians are. Then he accuses the professor of wanting to suppress the evidences of antisemitism.

You just got handed an opportunity to, at the very least, force a Jew to openly advocate the supression of your speech but potentially to shut his filthy kike face in a totally legitimate fashion, and you're worried about grades?
Make no mistake, this *does* make a difference. Every single time someone backs down from a kvetching Jew because they're worried about consequences, it emboldens the Jews to even more kikery. You should at least make him show you the picture linking it to the book. On the Jews and Their Lies is, what, 500 years old? There wasn't a painting of Martin Luther on the cover, and it is put out by a number of publishers since there is no copyright. An online image search shows at least 5+ different paintings or images of Martin Luther used on various covers. Don't just give in, make that point and defend yourself.
Unless you actually used the cover with the title on it, lol. In which case he already has you pegged even if you submit...

I'm absolutely on board with the *spirit* of the sentiment here, but it's about picking your battles. You won't really accomplish anything by being the lone White nationalist in an academic institution that you are financially tethered to as a student. If you're there to get the piece of paper and get out, you should endeavor to make that as frictionless as possible rather than playing petty power games that invite the ire of your professors.
Even if they can't *directly* punish you for it, they'll absolutely make your life harder, as OP correctly expressed apprehension over.
