Because all these app (Uber, DoorDash, etc.) consider their customers as more likely to be scammers. Plenty of complaints on the Uber Eats app for orders are wrong, missing or stolen and Uber only ever says "Too bad, so sad." Uber also knows they're exploits these niggers to make deliveries for pennies, so it's not in their interest to fire them. The scammers also know this, so they're both indirectly resolved to scam the customer.
