Correct. Any well-read Christian knows that the devil inverts and abuses God's iconography in mockery. The Great Flood was to wipe away all the sin and sexual degeneracy that mankind had fallen into. God promised to never use the flood again, and so the devil infects mankind with the same degeneracy, waving the rainbow flag in mockery.
An easy way to recognize evil is the inversion and mockery of God, His symbols, and the Natural Order.
