Dietary "laws" were temporary measures due to location. This is clearly detailed later in New Testament as well, since we moved from the Middle East to Europe and America. Gay sex and murder was always wrong and still is lmao, it was never temporary. Even Christ Himself says to drown pedophiles, so there's no logical flaws
