The guy filming him is speaking nigger, which I don't understand. But he responds in Afrikaans and says "you can't do that" (film him presumably). Then the other guy says do you miss him?, probably referring to the late Eugene Terre' Blanche, leader of the AWB (Afrikaner Resistance Movement).
