Having observed drug, mostly opioid, addicts for a long time, this is probably the very dumbest idea I've seen on video in a long while.

If you talk to such people, they indeed admit almost uniformly that they have had things stolen from them, *especially* if they fall asleep or into a drug-induced stupor. If you have a wallet or phone on you when you 'nod out' in public, it won't be there when you wake up, they say.

Problem is, many will also admit that *they* are the ones doing the stealing from each other, and almost all of them admit to being part of the prolific robbing from stores.

Day-to-day life for these people involves being on *both* sides of the equasion: one hour, you're stealing, the second hour, you're being stolen from, left with nothing, you decide to go stealing again the third hour. It's basically cyclical. You steal
and get stolen from every day.

Opioid withdrawal symptoms are too dangerous and debilitating to simply quit cold turkey (e.g. seizures), effectively forcing people to partake in this life of predation. The brain rapidly becomes so dependent on these wretched drugs that you'll probably always be on one of the more benign ones - buprenorphine or methadone - as a sort of lesser of evils, since they are enough like the drugs of abuse themselves to keep withdrawal symptoms at bay. (High-dose methadone is still a euphoriant.)

Since you are often asleep or out of your mind on drugs when you're being stolen from, these machetes/pangas are only going to be used by those on the attack. This isn't strengthening defenders, but attackers, and probably also encourages attackers.

As for giving niggers pangas, the last time we saw large numbers of panga-wielding niggers was the Rwandan Genocide. If that is the nigger's aim, he's very smart, but since it obviously isn't, he's very stupid. Not that anything is new about stupid niggers.

Nothing is new about drugged-up niggers, either. It came to my attention just a few hours ago that the drug epidemic in Africa is more pronounced than I previously thought. I was aware of South African 'nyaope' and Liberian/Sierra Leonean 'kush', but not of Ghanaian 'red' (tapentadol, another opioid, mostly smuggled in from India) and Nigerian 'colos'.
