Fraudsters, rapists, etc., etc. They always run "back home" where they know they won't be extradited.

Just like the Chinese. Plenty of Chinese fraudsters have been allowed to flee America with their stolen funds.

This is why the world laughs at us. America isn't a country, it's an Economic Zone, a marketplace.
