Glock doscontinued all models and put out this new model called the v series. Everyone loved the old models noone wants the new ones. The reason glock did it was because of political pressure from leftist politicians claiming the guns were precursors to machine guns. So glock caved and ut out the v series. It has not been out for a week fbefore someone made a new switch for it to go full auto

More specifically, an illegal mod to the new series pistols Glock developed specifically so that they couldn't have a "switch" installed, after CA sued Glock and Glock cucked out.

The 'glock switch', a device that can be added to Glock handguns, turns them into machine pistols. They're illegal, but are very commonly acquired and are easy to install. As AnotherAlt said, Glock was pressured to discontinue older models and introduce a new one with a fire control that is incompatible with existing switches. It didn't take long to figure out a workaround.

Wow, that was fast. Hope it was worth losing a bunch of the civilian market over nothing. Either way government money go burrrrt. Seriously though, I’m not sure why so many people still buy glocks. There are so many superior choices out there IMHO, including CZ, HK, and Walther among others.
