I had this vision that the cartels are actually run by the corruptocrats here in the US. The entire reason they make any money at all is because there are things they want done that no one in the US can do, but people across the border can. IE, grow and sell cocaine to the US.
Even if there weren't any jews in Mexico, there are more than enough in the US that can fly down with bags of money to build a cartel using the locals.
