Liberia is where the freed slaves from America went if they chose to go to Africa. So it may be closest to American Black IQ. This means that if you drop an American Black into Africa they are competing for the most dumb people on the continent.

Out of the 4 million slaves in the US only 15,000 returned to Africa. I don't think we can consider them any form of Americanized as a whole.
