"Don't give me that attitude" when you call them out of their bullshit.

Been there more times than I care to count. They're the WORST! The times I've had to deal with them I've also had to set expectations that the work would be "as-is" with no guarantee and no refunds. They'll either refuse the work or be very pissy at the end that they're "not allowed" to kevitch about anything. Oh, and payment is ALWAYS up-front so I can leave immediately when the work is done. I also have a separate D/B/A letterhead for them, so if they want to leave a negative review online out of spite (as they do) it's to that "business" and not my own.
