Create a privately traded corporation; I don't think you even need to disclose the identities of shareholders.

Instead if hiring, your "shareholders" do the work and get "dividends" instead of pay.

Bonus, capital gains is generally less than income tax.

That's a good solution to a different problem. What we need is to file class action suits to make prohibitively expensive for these assholes to hire H1Bs since the jewnald is pro jeet and anti-american now.

Going back to incorporating, actually you can even make an LLC without publishing the shareholders names as long as you do it in a favourable state with a registered agent representing your company. Wyoming, New Mexico, and Florida are popular choices with zero state taxes. There are ways to pay zero taxes on capital gains as long as you do it like the big boys and go offshore.
