Some people are horrific speakers and speak in slow motion though, you've never heard anyone speak so slowly you start writhing in pain?

These days? Not nearly as often as I hear "fast talkers" that make my blood pressure spike in mere seconds. For example: Ben Shapiro (and plenty of other sophist kikes) and shitloads of dumb women.
