Its also like the basic ingredients are gmo'd, covered in pesticides and herbicides, and devoid of nutrients from poor farming practices so even if eat a tomato it's more like a tomato™ with additives

Oh, I get it. They have soured the Earth, so to speak. You ever looked up the DuPont scandal and teflon?
You only have control of what you can touch with your own two hands. I have a RO system under the sink that handles all our drinking water. MERV 13 air filters (w/o carbon) that are changed monthly. Local butcher shop, local veggies, local fruits.
I've eaten my fair share of goyslop too, so don't get me wrong. But it's been very easy to cut all the slop out of our diet over the last few years.
Even local restaurants hardly get our business anymore. Between the prices and SYSCO ingredients, it's not really worth it unless a restaurant is completely vertical, which is super rare, and you're usually paying out the ass for it.
Eat eggs and bacon
Make your own oatmeal cookies
Flaming hot cheetos? There are hundreds of healthy snacks out there. Hell, even kettle cooked potato chips are decent.
Wtf is it with "drinks"? Am I the only mother fucker who RO's water into 4 large glass bottles? (Pure Leaf blackberry tea is a guilty pleasure.)
I know the fact that they sell this slop is depressing, but you can avoid near all of it with some intelligence.
