i want to view Columbus and Cortez as personal heroes, because I admire their greed for gold, but because they created bean-goblins, that does hold them back.

Also there is no archeological evidence of Euros vanquishing new world ogres until the 1530's, which is after Columbus bit th' dust.

He also knocked off his horse by the windmill, so he lost his fictional battle as well. 🤣

Technically he thought they were giants but an adult dragon is essentially a giant.

Poor Don Quixote.
