Which is why every civilization had to "Oppress" them in order for said civilization to remain prosperous
In Rome we multiple years when the strong men all died in war they immediately went back to Whoring
Then when Rome recovered they immediately issued edicts that punished whoredom and incentized motherhood
Because a civilization can only prosper with large families being the norm, giving the state a large pool of manpower to draw from (either for war, or massive construction projects)
